Jamie Oliver has declared that May 19 be Food Revolution Day, with a goal to improve our diets by eating healthier, less-processed foods. Whether it’s hosting a dinner party or attending one, or participating in a food-related event, Oliver wants us to start a movement in each of our communities.
Food Revolution Day is all about having a healthy, positive and lasting relationship with food that improves the mind, body and soul rather than detracting from it.
